Actually, the presentation was today. It went really well. Am extremely happy about how everyone followed the script that I planned. Every word and every message was delivered according to plan. So all round it was good. They came, visited, got comfortable and started dreaming what would it be like to work here. Mission accomplished.
ReplyDeletePissed off yesterday coz many people just got under my skin. This week alone, I had done 4 major decks for internal and clients. I have churned numbers and I have done detailes solutioning that would be envious of my work [macam real kononlah!]. Basically I just had a lot of work and there were many people who needed to discuss stuff with me. Its so tiring and irritating when you just have LOADS to do. In fact I had to cancel one presentation to management as I was just fully loaded. Just writing here and getting distracted away from work is a relief in itself. Its so comforting that this conversation is really one way. Me to you. There is nobody here who cuts into the conversation, there is nobody whop can disagree with you [at least not until I finish writing!].
I just realized that I am pounding the keyboard hard. And guess what? It seems to give me satisfaction. I am sitting in my office alone, thirsty as hell and in need of a cigarette. Lighter anyone?
